• Free shipping on every order, to all US addresses.
• Orders ship within 2 business days from Missouri.
• Samples (5-pack) travel by USPS letter mail. 100-packs and larger ship as boxed USPS parcels with tracking.
• Typical delivery is 3–5 days after shipping for most US addresses.

Damaged or defective? We make it right. If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong with the product, email sales@tcgenvelopes.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order email address. We'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and once the product is back with us we'll issue a refund or replacement — your choice.

Changed your mind? 30 days on unopened product. Product that is still brand new and sealed in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@tcgenvelopes.com with your order email address and we'll send you a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us, and there's no restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days of the return reaching us.

Once a pack has been opened it's no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return. Damaged or defective product is always covered by the terms above, opened or not.

• Who you're buying from. TCG Envelopes, PO Box 116, Lees Summit, MO 64063, United States. We sell trading-card shipping envelopes directly to you — no dropshipping, no third-party fulfillment.
• Ordering & payment. Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout — no hidden fees; shipping is free. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal (major credit and debit cards accepted). Your order is accepted when you receive the email confirmation.
• Shipping area. We currently ship to US addresses only. See Shipping for timelines.
• Cancellations. Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible — orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship (within 2 business days of ordering).
• Returns & refunds. Covered in full under Returns & refunds above: brand-new, unopened product can be returned within 30 days; damaged or defective product within 14 days. Both use a prepaid return label we provide, with no restocking fee. Opened product isn't eligible for a change-of-mind return.
• Product use. Our envelopes are designed and tested for USPS machinable-letter shipping. Actual postage rates and delivery outcomes are set by your carrier, and we can't be responsible for carrier handling of your outbound mail.
• Questions or disputes. Email sales@tcgenvelopes.com or call (816) 287-2123 — we resolve issues directly and quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your card details go directly to whichever processor you choose, over an encrypted connection — they never touch this website and we never see or store them.
• We receive only what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, and email.
• Your email is used for order confirmations and shipping updates only. We don't send marketing email and we never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the store — our payment processors, the shipping carrier, and Google (for the optional customer review survey, if you opt in at checkout) — and never for anyone else's marketing.
• Reviews. If you submit a review, we may publish it on this site with your first name and last initial only — never your email, order number, or full name. You consent to this when you submit the form, and you can decline right there by unchecking the box. Changed your mind? Email sales@tcgenvelopes.com and we'll remove it.
• Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (pages visited, where visitors come from), and an advertising pixel from Reddit to measure whether our ads lead to visits and orders. Both set cookies and receive page-visit and purchase events. Neither receives your name, address, or payment details, and we never connect analytics data to your name or order. We don't run any other ad tracking.
