Store policies

• Free shipping on every order, to all US addresses.
• Orders ship within 2 business days from Missouri.
• Samples (5-pack) travel by USPS letter mail. 100-packs and larger ship as boxed USPS parcels with tracking.
• Typical delivery is 3–5 days after shipping for most US addresses.

Damaged or defective? We make it right. If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong with the product, email sales@tcgenvelopes.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order email address. We'll make it right with a refund or replacement — your choice.

Otherwise, all sales are final — we don't accept returns on shipping supplies.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — they never touch this website and we never see or store them.
• We receive only what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, and email.
• Your email is used for order confirmations and shipping updates only. We don't send marketing email and we never sell or share your information.
• We use Google Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregate site traffic (pages visited, where visitors come from). It sets analytics cookies but we don't use advertising cookies, and we never connect analytics data to your name or order.
