Built by a card seller who got tired of overpaying to ship

Why this exists

Before this was a product, it was a daily annoyance. Selling singles and lots as UntaintedMagicShop on eBay and TCGplayer means shipping cards every single day, and every option had the same trade-offs: toploaders in an envelope go rigid and trigger the non-machinable surcharge (or get bumped to package rates), plain white envelopes leave cards rattling around unprotected, and bubble mailers eat $4–5 of margin on a $10 order.

The trading card envelopes we wanted didn't exist — so we designed them. Each one is a standard #10 body in water-resistant stock with a 3-pocket card strip built into the envelope itself: cards sit in pockets instead of loose, the loaded piece stays under 1/4" thick and flexes through USPS automation, and there's nothing to assemble, tape, or cut. The exterior stayed 100% printable on purpose — addresses and postage print straight onto it like any standard #10 envelope, and it takes labels, stamps and pen just as well. It's now patent-pending.

We tested it ourselves

Every claim on the product page is our own testing, photographed as we did it:

• The flex test — USPS letter automation bends mail around rollers, so we bent it, hard. The envelope body takes the flex while the pocketed card stack keeps its shape. That's the design working: cards form a rigid core, the envelope flexes around them.
• The water test — drops sat on the stock for five minutes, then wiped clean. No soak, no warp, dry cards. (Water-resistant, not waterproof.)
• The capacity table — the 10 / 26 / 41 / 50 cards-per-postage-tier numbers are real weighed counts, not estimates, including the ~25% penalty for penny sleeves.

The water test, start to finish. Real water, real test — drops sat on the envelope for five minutes, then wiped clean. (Water-resistant, not waterproof — built to shrug off rain and spills, not submersion.)
